Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@sp5der-official.com with your order number and the item(s). We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.

Non-returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards, and worn or washed items.
